- Overseas Absentee Voting Registration
  
  The filing of applications for registration for voters has officially started last 31 October 2011. This registration is for purposes of the May 13, 2013 elections and is from October 31, 2011 to October 31, 2012. Please do not leave it too late, register with the Philippine Embassy as soon as possible.
  
  One Filipino Vote was also relaunched to spread awareness. You can request for your COMELEC OAV electronic application form there after filling out your personal details.
  
  Download the OAV registration form here, we've resized it so you can print it on an A4-sized paper and fill it out ahead of time. The original is sourced from the Comelec's website.
